Urban Decay know how to create a lot of buzz for their products just using social media. They take sneak peak photos of corners of the packaging and always like to get the fans involved by photo competitions. They know when to work the sales and making just a limited amount to start with to keep people waiting and still talking about it.
This defiantly happened with the Naked palettes.
